An overview

Sarthak Law has a diverse commercial litigation and arbitration practice. We represent our clients across judicial forums, such as Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, Commercial Courts, National Companies Law Tribunal, National Companies Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Competition Commission of India, and Real Estate Regulatory Authorities.

Our dispute resolution team is headed by Ms. Mani Gupta, whose prior experience as a transactions lawyer is highly valued by clients, particularly on issues that involve understanding of complex commercial transactions. We also benefit from our transactions’ lawyers experienced in drafting and negotiation of construction contracts who often assist in disputes, particularly where disputes involve interpretation of complex commercial contracts. Apart from this, we are able to effectively assist our clients with white-collar crime investigations and other economic offense investigations and trials.

We are empaneled with some of the largest public sector undertakings like Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Engineers (India) Limited, Shipping Corporation of India Limited, National Skill Development Corporation, Convergence Energy Services Limited and National High Speed Rail Corporation.
