An overview
Sarthak is well regarded in the industry for its insolvency and restructuring practice. Our practice spans from filing and defending proceedings across forums, such as Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Companies Law Tribunal and National Companies Law Appellate Tribunal, to providing legal advise on issues facing a company under insolvency and bankruptcy. We advise various stakeholders in the insolvency process, such as promoters, corporate debtors, resolution professionals, banks and financial institutions, operational creditors, and home buyers (in real estate companies). We are involved in advising on insolvency matters for several large companies in power and infrastructure, manufacturing, e-commerce, and services sectors.
