An overview

Sarthak has a robust practice in infrastructure and construction sector, with experience in advising on projects in India, Senegal, Dubai, Nepal, Bhutan, and Maldives. We advise both on transactions and disputes in the infrastructure and construction sector. We are regularly engaged for drafting and vetting of bid documents, pre-bid and post-bid agreements, letter of awards, structuring, drafting and negotiation of joint venture documentation, drafting and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts, and project finance documentation. We have also worked with government agencies in preparation of the standard bid documentation for PPP projects. In disputes, we represent various public sector and private clients on infrastructure and construction arbitrations and enforcement actions.
