The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 396, Section 398, Section 399, Section 403 and Section 404 read with Section 469(1), Section 469(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, vide Notification No. G.S.R. 360(E), dated May 30, 2025, issued certain amendments to the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules 2014.
The newly issued Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2025 shall come into effect from July 14, 2025, while substituting Form GNL-1, which is used for filing an application with Registrar of Companies.
